Dog owners have to face many canine behavior problems. House soiling and destructive chewing will annoy dog owners. Excessive barking is a different story as this behavioral problem can cause altercations between neighbors. Dog owners would be exposed to the affectionate nature of the dog as this pet has the inclination to give its favorite people sloppy kisses. An owner though would be turned off by this big show of affection if the dog has bad breath. Dog owners that have formed a strong bond with the pet would not only want to have the pet around but would also be seen cuddling, petting and kissing the pet. Doggie bad breath, therefore will be a big concern of the family.

Dogs are renowned for being man’s best friends but these animals have also offered man protection. Breeds of dogs utilized for protection are actually trained to bark at potentially dangerous situations. Dogs already know how to bark thus teaching the dog to do a natural behavior seems to be unnecessary. Dogs already know how to bark but as the objective of the training is to make the dog learn when to bark and when not to bark, this task would not be so easy after all. The training’s objective is to hone the dog’s discriminatory instinct so that it will only bark at situations that need the master’s attention.

Many pet owners love and enjoy their pets and consider the possibility of breeding them to raise a bulldog litter of their own. However, many bulldog breeders across the country sell their pups as limited AKC registered, which means they are solely pets and any offspring they produce cannot be registered with the AKC. This is to ensure their supply of puppies is the only supply available and although it is a snobbish way of doing business, it makes sense. Before you consider breeding your bulldog, you will need to check the registration papers to determine whether your pet is limited AKC registered.

We have heard a lot about commandments of animal guardianship, where we expect a lot from our pets. We expect them to recreate, guard and protect us in at any circumstance, regardless of the conditions and environment we have kept them in. Most of the time we pet owners forget the most important thing. Pets are not simply an animal we have brought into our house, but are a member of the family. It has every right to live like any normal human without any discrimination or prejudice. The pet owners have a major responsibility when it comes to their commandment of ownership over their pets. 1) Pets need proper care in relation to their living conditions and food habits. The Pet Owners have to be alert all the time in response to the living condition of their pets, and always have to take care of the following details: - No pets should be mentally or physically abused or harmed - They should be treated with compassion and patience - They should be vaccinated with time - They should be provided with proper treatment when in ill health - They should be kept in appropriate living conditions - At old age they should not be left to stray
